Evla is a young druid on a pilgrimmage with Tukka, and considers herself responsible for the latter's safety. She is highly reserved and level-headed, and has agreed to help Rose with her plan to establish a greenspace within Lower Sharn.
Evla believes that the people of Sharn are suffering from a lack of mental and spiritual clarity, being focused on what they "want" to the detriment of what they "need". She attributes her ascetic outlook to her time living as an Ashbound.
