Tukka is a young druid on a sort of pilgrimage with Evla, and is temporarily lodging in Lower Sharn. Rose has convinced her to help in creating a greenspace in the city.
Tukka is extremely emotional and easily provoked into passionate diatribes. This made it easy for Rose to recruit her, after a long and semi-coherent rant on Sharn's over-urbanization.
